Something that I thought was guaranteed but was driven home to me in November 2016 that

nothing's guaranteed that we could lose all of this within an election cycle. And that

the things that we care about from healthcare to jobs, to immigration, to so many other

things. Or just the institutions that we depend on. This idea that we can choose our own

government and our own representatives and our own leaders. All of that right now is called

into question, not just by this administration but by the complicity of those who aid and

abet its work.

We also have the news with me, Brittany Clansam, as usual. Before we jump in, I'll just

say a message about asking for help. Is that sometimes people don't ask for help because

they think that they're losing something, they think that they're giving up their power,

they think that it's a sign of weakness. Is it it's really a sign of self-awareness to

know the things that you're really strong at and the things that are growth areas. And

we ask for help or assistance. We're often asking for people to help supplement in the

areas where we need to grow. And the growth just isn't happening right now. And that's

not a bad thing.

I've been working on a project recently and I'm really getting a part of it and I'm

just not as strong as somebody else on another part of it. And I need him to come and just

like push and make it better. And I'm learning from seeing him in his gift and he's learning

from CME, do the things that I'm really strong at. And too often people will suffer in silence
