Mike Murphy. We are on opposite sides spectrum for years, but most of them have been friends for years.

And that represents something of what the Center for the Local Future is all about.

We're going to have a kind of informal conversation and talk with our spring,

First, let me imagine two of our spring fellows that shouldn't be here today.

Michael Bishop was a Republican member of Congress.

I was the founder of president of American General Counsel PLC.

His study group will focus on the 21st century transformation of politics, and we still

Martha Escudieti is a retired state senator and currently serves as Vice President for State

Government Relations Special Counsel at USC.

First study group is entitled, a Latina in Politics, Power Moves, and I don't mean salsa dancing.
