All right, Mark, let's continue our conversation about politics and the fact that favors do matter.

Last time we left it off that, you know, do favors for those at higher levels, particularly

your bosses friends. Not that your boss would ever have such a thing,

but some bosses have enemies.

So what if somebody, an acquaintance of your boss,

asks you for a favor? But in this case that person is an enemy of your boss.

Yeah, so if your boss or your boss's friends ask, yeah, you say yes. Now we actually have different guidance for bosses. We don't

recommend that you ask your directs for favors, but if your boss asks you we

recommend you say yes. But look, if your boss's enemy asks,

and we've talked about this before in our

cast about knowing who your boss's friends and enemies are,

there can be a reason to say no in some situations.

And that's simply because my boss's enemies are my enemies or some...

Well, I mean, partially.

Yeah, yeah.

I mean, you start with that. I don't know, maybe some people think that their

bosses their enemy, so the enemy, my enemy is my friend, I guess I didn't know. But,

look, there are all kinds of delicacies here.

There are all kinds of subtleties.
