I'm Adam Bolton, joining me this week, journalist and author Rob Hutton, the comment editor of CityA.M., Rachel Cunleaf, and Sky's political correspondent, John Craig.

Well, since this is probably our last podcast of 2020, I've asked those joining us this week to choose a person and a political event of the year,

summing up for them the past 12 months.

First of all, I just want to ask each of our guests, starting with Rachel.

I mean, what has COVID 2020 meant for you?

It's a year that I think I would quite like to forget and look back on it in many decades and say,

that was a weird year, wasn't it? Yeah. And then everything went back to normal afterwards,

hopefully. That's kind of what I'm hoping for.

I have done every aspect of lockdown. I've been furloughed. I've been working from home. I

moved in with my parents briefly. I had childcare responsibilities. I've within the country

at some point over the year. I've done London in lockdown.
