Tom Hartman here with you. I was just looking at the

real clear politics poll for the last few months it had always been impeaching

and removing from office had always been above don't and now

the two lines have converged and in fact they have but and there's a huge but this is the sum of four polls the economist U-Gov

poll the Quinnipiac poll the political morning consult poll and the Monmouth

poll now the Monmouth poll if I'm remembering correctly, is the one that is

typically quoted by Fox News and by Republicans and the one that Trump likes to point to.

If you look at the numbers of these four polls though right now, while you average all four of them and you come up with basically it's 46.5% yes, remove him from office, 46% and a half.

No, don't remove him from office, 46% and a half.

No, don't remove him from office.

So, you know, kind of 50-50 there.

If you look at the Economist U-Gov poll,

it's 47 to 43 in favor of removing him from office. If you look at the

Quinnipiag poll it's 45 to 51 against removing him from office. If you look

at the political morning console poll it's 50 to 41 in favor of removing him from office and if you look at the Monmouth poll it's 44 to 51.

So Quinnipiac and Monmouth are both saying, you know, people don't want Trump kicked out,

economist and political are both saying people do.

So there's something funky going on with these polls and, you know, I get, you know,

averaging them. My biggest concern is that the big lie technique

which is being you know rolled out every every time a Republican gets a chance to talk
