Today on the Gap Fest, President Trump becomes the first ex-president or president ever

criminally indicted. What is the case against him? What effect will it have on American politics

and potentially on the 2024 election? So a grand jury in New York working at the behest

of Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg has indicted former President Donald Trump, presumably for charges

related to the payoff of Stormy Daniels. The indictment is still sealed. Trump will likely be

arraigned in Manhattan next week. Will there be handcuffs? Will there be a prison cell? Will there

be bail? We will find out. Then there is potentially going to be a trial at some point,

perhaps in the midst of the 2024 presidential campaign. And perhaps in the morass, in the stew,

in the kind of miasma, in the asteroid belt of up to three other criminal indictments

of Trump relating to the Georgia election manipulation that he attempted to do,

the absconding with and hiding top secret documents that he may have done,

and the attempt to overturn the election on January 6th, there are all these multiple

investigations happening. So Emily, as far as we know, what is Trump likely to be indicted for
