Welcome to political beatdown. I'm Ben Myceles, joined by Michael Cohen. A lot of developments, Cohen,

there was the news that Donald Trump's tariffs were invalidated by the international federal

trade court. And then a federal judge earlier this morning, Judge Contreras, Washington, D.C., similarly invalidated

these unlawful tariffs. Then the circuit court for the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals temporarily

stayed the order, meaning allowing Donald Trump's tariffs against the world to remain in place,

at least based on that order through June 9th, which again is, you know, to me, one of the biggest problems in the judiciary where they view the status quo as what the executive branch does versus what the status quo existed before

the unlawful action, allowing Donald Trump's unlawful actions to literally stay in place

pending litigation, which takes years and years and years.

And, you know, ultimately what the, what this federal trade court did, which was made up of

three judges, and you had on there a Reagan and Trump appointed judge.

And the three judges together all unanimously agreed that this was unlawful conduct.

And then separately you have Judge Contreras.

It's very basic law that Donald Trump can't create a fake emergency under this IEEPA,

which deals with like war and, you know,
