Cohen, where do we start?

I mean, we can start with the federal judge in the Southern District of New York.

Judge Engelmeyer ordering the Department of Justice to respond if the judge has standing based on the protective orders in place and based

on the judge's supervisory responsibilities of a case to enforce compliance with the Epstein

Transparency Act. This follows Congress members Roe, Kana, and Massey, I think brilliantly sending

a letter to the judge flagging these

issues and the judge reviewed that letter and said, I want to understand what the DOJ's view is.

Do they have standing? Do any victims want to come forward and say they want this also?

I think it was a hint to the victims and the survivors who may have standing as well. Maybe you should file something. And then it asked the DOJ, should I appoint an independent monitor here. And I think the strategy by those members was executed perfectly. It's a strategy.

They're finally doing something.
