So I'm not a big user of Twitter, but I was on it recently, and I saw Brit Hume, whom I admire,

tweet out that Mr. Josh Krausher was moving from one spot to another. He's moving to Axios and called it a great hire.

And so I wanted Josh to come on the show and welcome Josh. And it's an interesting time to just look at journalism sort of from this macro perspective.

We have social media. We have a million different outlets. I think there will

probably be a shakeout. I don't think they can all survive, just like I don't think every

podcast can survive. So what do you think the state of journalism is right now, particularly as it

pertains to politics and how we get our information and how it all

seems to be agenda-driven for various platforms. Well, thanks for having me, Michelle, and I

appreciate the very kind words. Journalism is in a state of flux. Social media has sort of made

it really difficult for a lot of major media institutions

to manage their staff, to manage a newsroom.
