| 0:48.8 | I led his confirmation process. But the simple facts of the matter are he just simply has not been able to grapple with the |
| 0:58.8 | unprecedented political, partisan, and ethical breaches of Samuel Alito and Justice Clarence Thomas, |
| 1:08.5 | who is traveling the world alongside billionaires who have business |
| 1:14.2 | before the court, cases before the court, without disclosing it. |

| 1:19.6 | And the number one thing over time that has to happen is the abolishment of the concept of lifetime tenure. |
| 1:30.1 | There cannot be lifetime tenure in a season of history where human beings are going to |
| 1:37.4 | routinely live to be 110 years old. |
| 1:40.9 | It cannot be the case that we have justices serving for 80 years on the court. |
| 1:48.2 | It is corrupt. It is beyond the realm of the imagination of what the founders could have envisioned. |
| 1:56.3 | Life tenure meant something very, very different in 1780 than it does in the 2020s. And so whether it's |
| 2:05.5 | ethics, whether it's life tenure, the court and its functionality, its credibility and its trust |

| 2:19.3 | reform. And in the end, what has happened at this confluence of money in politics and the money |
| 2:27.0 | swashing around the court in the form of Leonard Leo and some of the other very corrupt |
