You know, sometimes it's proper, sometimes they're just, you know, shooting somebody.

Right.

Sometimes, you know, more often than not, unfortunately, they don't have to use the excessive force.

They do as we see recently a new thing.

You know, they shot a man in Arizona that was in the wheelchair.

Damn.

Brother, there was in the wheelchair.

I guess this just happened on the Tucson Police Department is officially terminated in the cup

who killed a disabled man shooting the wheelchair bound 61-year-old man nine times in the back inside.

Now, this is a guy in the wheelchair.

Now, the killing took place to end of November in a big box shopping complex south of downtown

in the Arizona city.

A four-year veteran of the Tucson Police Force, Ryan Remington was working on a special duty

side shift to security for Walmart store.

There, a man named Richard Richards allegedly shot live at the toolbox.

As Richard rode out the store in his red mobility device and employee asked to see his receipt.

And according to an account offered by the Tucson Police, Mr. Richardson Brandish and knife

has said here's your receipt.
