Senate Majority Leader John Thune said he's, quote, not a fan of the fund and that he is not sure how the Trump administration intends to use it.

Today, Republican Congressman Brian Fitzpatrick of Pennsylvania said the Republicans would try to kill the fund and they are looking at their legislative options.
