former full-time police officer, a part-time police officer, he's been policing for 15 years and here's where it gets really interesting.

He is an assistant professor of criminal justice at Bemidji State University in Bemigy, Minnesota.

You're not brand new.

And I'm not criticizing rookies.

I'm just saying, look, I didn't know what I didn't know.

And I really thought I had a good idea what to expect or policing but it was far

more violent, far more traumatic than I ever realized.
