Thank you for having me. It's a pleasure to have you here. You gave him referred via Bill Cannon and his podcast off the cuff. I've had Phil on a show, great guy, and providing great insight into what policing is all about.

And a lot of the media doesn't really portray that. And that's one of the main reasons we had the law enforcement show.

I always say this for far too long. We've relied on others to tell our stories and they've done a horrible job.

And now it's so biased. It's not even closely resembling the truth.

Phil, we're going to talk about your career.
