Let's start with a little bit of news from my hometown, Washington, D.C.,

where Lieutenant Shane Lamon, a lieutenant for the Metropolitan Police Department's intelligence branch,

was just indicted after he used his position within law enforcement to share

confidential information with Enrique Tario. You might know that name because Enrique is a former

leader of the proud boys, the far-right extremist group. Enrique was just recently found guilty of

seditious conspiracy in connection with the January 6th Capitol attack. But the federal indictment

for the police lieutenant who helped Enrique claimed the men were in regular contact from July

2019 to at least January 2021, using encrypted messaging apps like Telegram. So what were these guys

discussing? Well, as you might have guessed, they weren't just discussing the Vanderpump

rules for union. Oh, man, if only they were. You know, guessed, they weren't just discussing the Vanderpump Rules
