He's a police officer in state of Georgia.

He used to be a firefighter.

They're on scene where an eight-year-old drowned and he struggled for years after that.

Not just that incident, but all the trauma compounded took a big effect on him.

It was when he got involved in peer support training.

He realized he needed help.

The deaths by suicide of several first responder friends helps motivate what he does today.
