We have entered a bright new era in the history of the Europeans.

This is the first ever episode released on a Thursday, our new day.

Isn't it exciting?

It's really discombobulating.

I don't think it will change people's lives very much,

but it does mean that our recording sessions are less likely to coincide with

my upstairs neighbour vacuuming extremely vigorously. And that seems like a good thing.

Do they only do that on a Tuesday? It's either a Monday or a Tuesday. So it was always annoying

for us. I wish I was the kind of person that had like a weekly routine with hoovering, a day

that I did it every week that would be so good start

the week out right how has your week been fine I'm back a rehearsal which is nice and strange

obviously in this weird world we live in are you all singing like super spaced out with like

three meters between you not so spaced out it's only 1.5 meters because apparently we've

got like a world-class ventilation. But yeah, it's really strange being at a room with 25 people.

Yeah, I'm going to talk about this a little bit later, but I was in a big group of people this week

and it was very, very strange indeed. Weird feeling. But quite a nice feeling.

This week, the week of International Women's Day, we have a very special guest, Marta Lempart.

Marta initiated and has been leading the Polish women's strike, this absolutely enormous protest movement

which swelled in response to the near total ban

on abortion in Poland that was announced in October last year.
