I will tell you this.

As the mother of a student in college and one on the way,

the Ivy League schools are not what they used to be. And you can thank my next

guest for that. As a member of the House Education Committee, she was the one who grilled those

three Ivy League presidents and two of them were unceremoniously basically kicked out of their jobs, two of those three lady presidents.

One is hanging on for dear life at MIT, but the presidents of Harvard and UPenn after

Congresswoman Elise Stefanik's questioning, well, they crumbled and it was so embarrassing their collective face plant that even within very liberal and radical academia, the tide against them turned so swiftly after one afternoon sitting before a lease in Congress.

So you have your new book, Poisoned Ivy's, which, you know, this is very interesting because after what happened on October 7th, it was one of those moments in culture where you would think everyone would condemn what happened.

You know, the deadliest day for Jews since the Holocaust.

Yet, as we saw these colleges across the country, particularly the liberal Ivy Leagues,

exploded in celebration.

Yes, it was a stunning and really disturbing sight to see. And that's one of the reasons why I encouraged my colleagues to have a hearing

with these university presidents because you saw these pro-Hamas encampments literally take over

classrooms, take over universities. They started to physically assault, harass. I mean, the stories

from these American Jewish students are heartbreaking and really unimaginable that they were

happening in this country or anywhere around the world, frankly.

And they would think like at liberal schools, like Princeton, Columbia, Harvard, they would

be safe. But you said 70% of them, not only fear for their own safety, but felt like they had to hide

the fact that they were Jewish.

There were students that had to hire private security, Kennedy, to go to classes.
