Hi, this is Cynthia and I have a secret. So I was cleaning up in my boyfriend's home office the

other day and I found his journal and I know I'm not supposed to read it but I guess, you know,

I was curious when I found it. So I did, I read it and a lot of it was just like super critical stuff

about me. I mean it wasn't it wasn't major but I think that's not really the secret. I read it

and I thought about it and I think the real secret is I've decided to just kind of run with it.

Maybe use the journal as a guide to sort of change myself for better and I guess that sounds

kind of crazy but I have good reasons for wanting to do this. Anyway, I hope the secret is
