This will be the point guards.

And a lot of interesting stuff to talk about here.

It's maybe an evolving position in terms of its value overall.

And still, though, lots and lots of star power at this position.

So what are you expecting to get, Danny, from the point guard position?

You mentioned that point guard is an evolving position,

and that is largely true.

There are players that could fulfill a number of different niches.

But when you look at the positional averages here,

you are looking at a player who has a larger than larger than normal traditional

usage. So basketball reference version, if we're going for the full average over 21, and then if you

narrow it to the players who played a lot, then it's even above 22%. So if you thought that it would be

even, it would be a 20. And then if you go to total creation,

which is what we've been using, you're at 35%. So these are players who, in general, not exclusively,

are going to have the ball in their hands a lot. Yeah. So our total creation metric, what percentage of plays for your team are you either shooting, turning it over, or throwing a

pass that leads to a shot or

free throws so the positional average there is 36% and passing creation that's just the passing

component of that the positional average is 14% and so that's the biggest difference probably

among anything else is that all the other

positional averages are basically around 7. Now, you'll have guys at those positions who are up in that

point guard range or even above it. But basically, there are a few guys for whom this isn't necessarily

...
