Danny, quick reminder to everyone, how do we do this?

The criteria here is we imagine a regular season plus playoffs starting today. I like to think of it that the players

are on randomized teams so they don't get the benefit or the detriment of their current

teammates and situation. Also, present injuries are healed. However, propensity for injury and

anything that is chronic or recurring, that is still considered because that will presumably affect the player move.

Yeah, and also we price in the fact that the performance may be reduced after the current

injuries, say Dejante Murray coming off that unfortunate torn Achilles.

For example, let's get rolling here.

I think much as we did with Nicole Yokkich at this point, Shea Gildes

Alexander, number one, tier one, only person in the tier, do not stop pass go and go directly

to top two players in the NBA. Agreed. And that is not what I had at the beginning last year.

We had an extended argument about whether Shea and Stefan Curry should be in the same tier.

I think I even had Steph over Shea.

Well, what has happened over the last year is that Gildes Alexander has firmed up his

placement so much that we don't really need to discuss him in this context.

Now is where it gets a little bit more real.

And there are probably, as I go through it here, if they were playing at their best in a

given season, 10, 11 more guys that might legitimately be an all-star consideration in the

right year.

So this is a strong position.
