This is the third part in our series on Rumi's poem, Ruz Oshab.

We're going to start off this lesson by hearing my Aunt Farno's recite the full poem.

So this week we're going to focus on the middle two lines.

Like we said, we're going in order this time.

Let's hear my aunt reading these two lines only.

These two lines begin again with the repetition of the words and shab, which by now should be completely understandable to you.

What does ruse mean?

Day.

Ruse.

And what is the meaning of shab?

Night.

Shab. One thing we didn't cover shab night shab

one thing we didn't cover last week is that word oh in the middle of ruse of shab

ruse and shab oh simply means and oh

and oh

and oh is actually a conversational version of the longer word,
