I just want to apologize for the audio on my end in this episode.

It seems I was recording with entirely the wrong microphone and didn't notice, didn't think to check.

And now I sound like crap.

I've still not learned to clap my hands in a way that doesn't fucking sting.

For listeners who may not know, I think we've talked about it more than once before,

but we synchronise our voices because we've got separate recordings.

Laura will count us down and then we will all clap just to create on the waveform,

a very clear visual line that can

be aligned with with everyone's recording and so we do a big clap and i've been doing it for over 10 years

and i still do it really exuberantly and hurt my hands like it's the first time you've ever

done a podcast and you're so excited. Yeah, just

giddy, just giddy. I've also just noticed while we're going over old bits because I have

nothing new this week. I have just noticed on my desk the ingot is back because yeah, I've not seen it for for a while I hadn't seen it since I moved from

when I was staying at fees when I first moved and I knew it was around but it just hadn't been

put anywhere where I could see it but it's on it's been on my desk and it's still really heavy. I should do that actually. Instead of

clapping for the sink, it should be three, two, one, buff. I mean, as long as you can

time the drop and not break your desk or anything else in the process, you know, nothing wrong

with that. Make no guarantees. I can wrong with that. I make no guarantees.

I can never guarantee that I won't break something.

Luckily, there's something is usually myself.
