Oh, yeah.

Finally, got a fucking arse in gear.

She wanted to come over.

Um, after ghosting for weeks.

She wanted to come over and I said no.

This all goes through the letting agent and I was like,

look, we've had two off-scheduled inspections because of her

where the only thing that's ever been turned up is not shit I've done it's shit she won't do

and now she wants to come over before she fixes anything

no because at the last inspection we got a call from the letting agent with her

complaining about clutter in the house which the letting agent when they had the last inspection, I admitted that that was out of line,

and I was right to be offended by that, especially because her complaint was we have like a really thick blanket on the dining room table and we've got an old TV turned on its face, because there's some bits in it that need fixing.

And that was her idea of something that would cause structural damage to the house.

Not, you know, any of the structural damage issues happening to the house that she's ignoring and not fixing.

Yeah. Not, not those.

Meanwhile, the basement had a hole that let mice in that chute a hole in the dishwasher pipes.

So that was leaking water everywhere, because the mice wanted water, so they did that, which attracted fruit flies,

which spread water as well, under everything, the floor panels in the kitchen have started to bubble up.
