Three, two, one, and we are back. Well, we made it through another week. I think this is a,

what is this Julie, quarantine day 20 or something it feels like about 2000 but yes i mean

why is nobody coming out with like some sort of like a new calendar seriously a new calendar

where every day has like a hundred hours in it exactly well anyway today is april the 10th happy

um easter happy Passover happy whatever

good Friday good Friday all the rest of it and so we're gonna be talking

we're gonna be answering a question that we have been getting about the

housing market because there's a lot of uncertainty what's gonna happen as far

as the housing market as far as whether there's gonna to be, you know, essentially a crash or not.

We think there will be.

We think it's going to be basically because of unemployment.

And what we're going to do is we're going to essentially go through all the details so that you guys

can form your own opinions.

Because ultimately what you think is going to determine what you do and what you

do now is going to be incredibly important what essentially what you're experiencing six

months from now maybe even 90 days from now so we're going to do our best to give you the facts
