Hey, welcome back. We're going to have a great call for you guys today. A great call on what is

really a scary topic. The topic is what to do when disaster strikes your market. This

is a topic that Julie and I unfortunately find ourselves doing more often than we did say

10 years ago in the last five or six years. Maybe we're doing this, it seems like a couple

times a year reminding all of you what to do when disaster strikes your particular market.

You know, usually it's weather related.

So pay attention.

I'm going to start out by telling you a story, and Julie has created a very precise list of actionable items for all you to do.

I'm going to start out with the story because I think it will resonate with all of you and help you to realize the importance of paying attention to what we're telling you.

And this, unfortunately, this is going to be relevant to you. Maybe you don't have a hurricane

that's threatening to, you know, decimate your market like they have in the Carolinas, or maybe

you're not out in Hawaii with all of our fantastic

agents to Elite Pacific who are dealing with the hurricane, and, oh, by the way, they also

have a freaking volcano that's active too. So every market, now let's say, for example, you're in the

Midwest where Jules and I are from. You have horrible winters. There seem to be getting more horrible
