And Julie has a friendly warning for all of you, especially first-time listeners to our Sunday show.

Yes, friendly warning, not our normal weekly show.

During the week, we bring you all kinds of real estate coaching topics, things to help you out with your business.

And hopefully we do on this Sunday show as well.

But this is more of, let's just say, fun for us, variety show, interesting things.

Sometimes real estate, sometimes not.

That are just interesting to us to expand

our minds and hopefully expand yours right along with us.

Yep.

And so what we do, and Julie and I do this intentionally, and I'll tell you the reason we do

this is first of all, because we like to keep ourselves intellectually curious.

We like to be learners about just everything.

We don't, whatever the topic is, Julie and I want to

research it and understand it. And we do that just to make it so that we're never becoming

complacent in our ability to learn new things. It's fascinating. The older we get, well, you know,

it can happen with young people too, but mostly the older you get, the more you start having

a closed mind. You just constantly are thinking and reading everything,

you know, the same thing over and over and over again. It's like, you know, perpetual groundhog day.

And when you start allowing that type of, you know, deterioration of your ability to think cognitively about a bunch of different topics, then you actually lose your edge. You get a little dumb,
