to our podcast yes thanks very much we've got lots of great stuff to share with these guys today

that's right and so what we're going to be focusing on is we're going to pick up where we left off

yesterday talking about, oh yes, that's right, the coronavirus. But what we want to do is we want

to make this as practical and tactical as pertains to your real estate business as we possibly can.

And I want to preface this by saying that Julie, I have no upside other than clearing our

consciousness of talking about this topic again.

We don't want to talk about it.

It's actually not going to be conducive to folks feeling optimistic.

And lack of optimism has a tendency to cause people to take no action.

In other words, we might and you

might and everyone in the economy and who owns a business might feel the fallout from this

coronavirus. And we really believe that's what's going to happen. So we have been gathering

information and specific facts because for the longest time, Julie and I were on the make fun of it side of the fence.

You know, we enjoyed watching people overreact and, you know, clean out Costco of all the

toilet paper and whatnot. But now what we're realizing is that this is something that is

going to absolutely have a long-term effect, a negative effect on the economy, and will inevitably affect the housing market.
