We are going to work more on the phases of the real estate market correction.

Julie, I am bringing you in.

Welcome to today's podcast, my dear.

Yeah, he sounds fantastic.

So we're going to be talking about the different phases.

We're all of us down and state the first phase.

And then what we're going to do, I don't know if we're going to have to successfully do it this week.

I don't know if you guys do this.

Some of you listening for the first time to us, we are living in

Puerto Rico, moved down here three weeks ago, and we are expecting our first hurricane.

So if there is a replay, and we're not talking about the faces of the real estate market,

you know, how to prepare for a recession, if we're not talking about that tomorrow,

it's because our electricity got knocked out. Okay? So just getting you heads up to that. It's one of the hazards of living in the

Caribbean. That's such as the way. It's also how you know this is live and timely. It's evidence.
