0:17.0	Hey everybody, it's been a while. I've been missing you. I have talked about this on
0:30.2	Tik-Tok, but I didn't even make a post anywhere else and so of course you have questions like where have you been and does this podcast exist anymore?
0:38.0	The answer is I've been around and absolutely yes the podcast still exists I just made my own mental health
0:46.2	decision to take the month of July off in the month of July we have a lot of
0:51.1	stuff going on my sister's birthday I had my
0:53.4	psychiatry appointment all kinds of birthday parties and parties and all kinds of
1:01.6	stuff and they're just all kinds of stuff.
1:08.3	And they're just, every single one of my weekends was jam-packed with events or work or family things and the weeks that I had my daughter I wanted to spend time
1:18.0	with her and the weeks that I didn't have my daughter I worked like so much and so the podcast I you know I just decided I need to take a break I can't do everything I am juggling way too many balls and I am dropping them. I know I talk about that.
1:35.9	I know you guys know. So this is just a quick little update. I will let you know the
1:40.9	podcast will be back next Sunday August 1st. We will have an interview with Eddie
1:48.1	Ariola who was with World Financial Group. His interview is really cool. I've been working on it here and there when I can.
1:56.6	Again, you know, it just I needed a mental health break. There was so much stuff that was going on at the same exact time and everything was really overwhelming and I knew that probably the easiest thing to set down for a month would be the podcast.
