Hi folks this is James and I am apologizing for the lack of shows but as many of you know I deal with

depression and anxiety and I am in a down phase right now. My moods are cyclical, meaning they go in a circle. There's a pattern and I am normal sometimes and then it rounds over and I am down sometimes and currently I'm in a down position but

Good news is that I am not as low down as I have been in the past and it's because of things

that I've been doing in my life that you can hear about on Gospel of Kennison, the other podcasts that I do, if you'd like.

So I anticipate that shows will begin again soon because I have to be up to be able to do shows. It's for me it's

impossible to try to do a comedy podcast when I don't feel happy if you can imagine trying to tell a story when you're not feeling you

know good when you're sick or something like that you just want to go and lay in

bed so it's similar for me. So I apologize that we're not doing

shows right now, but we will be as soon as I possibly can, I promise that.
