Greg Barnes is always in the house, but we've got Jason Staples back in his regular role as the

prognosticator. Jason, how are you doing? Oh, I'm, I'm here, so I'm

feeling pretty good. Uh, it sounds like it. Let's get straight into it, North Carolina,

California, uh, first game of the season. So I think I'm not the only one that thinks I don't know what to think

going into this for North Carolina. Jason, game one is kind of tough to really predict what's

going to happen, not knowing what will happen. But your thoughts heading into this first game

for a North Carolina team that really needs to get off to a good start? Well, I mean, last year, the two teams wound up really, really closely matched.

I actually thought Carolina was the better team in that game.

I think most objective observers probably would have expected Carolina to have come out with a

win in that game.

But as you recall, there was a bit of stupidity right

before the half that changed, resulted in a large swing. And that swing was bigger than the final

point margin. So this is not a, this is not a game where Carolina goes in where they have a significant

talent disadvantage. It's also not one where they go in significant talent disadvantage.

It's also not one where they go in with the massive talent edge either.
