Oh, and thank you for continuing to make this than everyone listen to daily podcast for real estate professionals, at least in the United States. I was looking at our

analytics yesterday, and it always surprises me, and I mean this, and it absolutely 100% shocks me.

I shouldn't even say surprise when I see all the places in the world where we're getting people

listening to us and downloading us. Thank you. Thank you for listening to Julie and I. Hopefully we're having a

positive impact on your lives. Julie, welcome to today's show. Yes, thank you. I've had lots and

lots of coaching calls, plus our premier coaching class together with all of those great members. So

lots of movement and stories and reporting. I think that one of the

prevalent stories right now is that we're starting to see more cut appraisals.

Lately, I've seen anywhere from five to over 25,000 in

appraisal deficiency. Luckily for our coaching members, they know what to do about it. They

know how to fight a low appraisal. They know how to negotiate that. And so far, at least amongst

our coaching clients, it has not caused the deals to die. So I'm proud of them for that.
