0:55.0	agents in the country all sort of experiencing the same thing and I we're gonna

1:02.8	the agencies are agents that are typically selling oh I would guess 80 million
1:07.4	60 million you know our personal clients are some of the massive producers that
1:11.6	you guys hear about. Some of them are massive producers that you never hear about, but we're
1:15.5	going to tell you what their concerns are, and we're going to tell you what they're experiencing.
