A Monday after a lot of, like, Lions News has kind of come out, and we're going to get into a number of different things over here on the podcast.lor decker has been talking and he's got some things that he's wanted to get off his chest brad holmes had an opportunity to sit down with the lines collective and dropped a couple of really good nuggets that we're going to get a chance to discuss owners meetings are going on right now dan campbell dropped a pretty decent nugget about pen a soul that we're going to talk about and in the second segment of this podcast, we are going to give you guys a list of nine players that we are at least having our eyes on when it comes down to the NFL draft. my man? You know, in a hypothetical world post my career at Pride of Detroit, I would hope that

not only Sean would give me a call, but Jeremy would give me a call too. You know, Sean would call,

you know, not wanting me to take on some new endeavor, but just to check in as a friend. You know, I would hope that Jeremy would have the kind of wherewithal to, you know, not wanting me to take on some new endeavor, but just to check in as a friend. You know, I would hope that Jeremy would have the kind of wherewithal to at least reach out, see how I'm doing. How are you, I think you have a much better chance of that happening than me. I mean, Jeremy has forgotten to invite me to a number of different things or put me on the list of things. So I know I'm automatically just going to not expect to get like, you know, to be heard from in case I move on to a different opportunity. Jeremy, how are you, how are you feeling after the slings and arrows early in this podcast? I'm feeling less than a third of the podcast.

I'm trying to bring the energy that I might not be currently feeling for this podcast.

But we do have a lot of really interesting and I think maybe even contentious topics to talk about today. So I'm excited about it. Yeah, let's go ahead and just dive right into it because I think some of the biggest news and some of that contentious news is surrounding former left tackle of the Lions, Taylor Decker, who had a chance to sit down with Justin Rogers and talk about the lack of communication that kind of transpired between he and the Lions, you know, prior to him requesting his release. There's a number of different things that kind of came out of this interview, Jeremy, but I'm going to just like, let's just get down to the border plate of it. Who do you think is at fault for this really weird divorce that they kind of had? Because if you go based off of what Decker said, there is a lot of things that are just kind of raised eyebrows in terms of like okay was he not reached out to immediately it seems like he tried to reach out to brad that didn't quite happen dan campbell didn't initially reach out so like where do you think fault kind of lands on this whole entire situation i mean i don't don't think it's an either or a situation, right?

I think there's a little bit of blame to go around on all parts here.

Clearly, whether it was communicated or wasn't communicated to Taylor Decker that the

lions were going to ask him to take a pay cut, that message clearly didn't get to Taylor

Decker.

Now, what happened in between, you know, maybe the lion said something? message clearly didn't get to Taylor Decker. Now, what happened in between,

you know, maybe the line said something. Maybe they didn't. Maybe they, if they said something,

it didn't get through the necessary channels. I can't sit here and say that it did or didn't.
