Hey guys, happy Wednesday, welcome to the Cyclone Fanatic Podcast.

Chris Williams here with a different type of pod for you today.

I'm excited to bring you the voice of Tyler Harris. for you

the voice of Tyler Harris, the newest member of the Iowa State Men's

basketball program.

Tyler announced about a week and a half ago that he was transferring from Memphis.

He grew up in Memphis, went there and played for Penny Hardaway for two years,

and is now transferring to Iowa State.

Tyler is a very unique basketball player.

I'm personally very excited to see him

in Cardinal and Gold.

I think he's a legit guy.

I think he'll help this program from the second he steps on campus as far as a lot of

people wondering is he eligible next year or not that's still to be determined to stay

tuned on that and I don't really want to say anything more

because I really don't know the specifics around all that folks that's coming up in June and all that

so we'll just have to wait and see but Tyler is hanging out in his hometown of Memphis right now

doing the quarantine thing just like all of us and it was kind enough to join me

for about 10-15 minutes early on Wednesday morning to talk about why he

committed to Iowa State, what his plans are when he gets here, and some other fun stuff stuff like do you prefer Memphis barbecue or

Kansas City barbecue. Yeah get to know Tyler Harris just a little bit that's

coming up right now on the Saikw and Fanatic. And Tyler is kind enough to take a few minutes with us here on the podcast.
