Surprisingly well-rested because I think it's not been as busy as I was expecting, at least not with

incoming players, but hey, a lot of ballgame left. Yeah, that's looking at the glass half full, right? And I know there's going to be definitely a portion of this fan base, a portion of our audience that is probably watching this now and is already started to probably hit our chat with a bunch of like, hey, why are we not doing anything? Or the whole like meme where it's like, it's the stick figure poking at the lion's logo of just like, hey, they do something. Because yeah, the first few days, listen, the Lions have made a couple moves. It's been fairly quiet, though, on the official like start of the league year. In terms of like you said, Jeremy signing new players, there's a number of different places that we can start. I want to start with the most recent news just because there was news that was literally

that literally dropped from the Lions a couple hours ago.

And that is the release of Lions Edge Rusher Josh Pascal.

The Lions saved $1.6 million on the cap.

Jeremy, this is a move that I think we all kind of expected based off of some of the comments

we got from Brad Holmes during the combine, right?

Yeah. He was along with Levi, one of those guys that because they spent all the season on

the injury list, their contract told another year. And that gave Lions fans some brief optimism

with Levi and Pascal. But yeah, when Brad was asked about it at the combine last week,

he said, quote, Josh will have the ability to bring him back as well. There's still discussions

to be had about that one. But yeah, it's a possibility. And for someone who is costing you

$1.7 million, none of it guaranteed. I don't know what discussions you have to have with that player other than

we're not keeping you. And that's that's kind of what we all assumed was going to happen and
