to september fourth um you know there's so much to celebrate that's going on right now. I love the fact that the unemployment numbers came out today, and the total unemployment

is kind of actually shocking that now the total unemployment rate is in single digits,

considering it wasn't even that long ago.

It was, what, almost 25%.

Just, what, two months ago, they were talking about how unemployment now was the worst since like

The Depression.

Or something.

I mean, whatever the glorious headline was, it was clickbait.

But still, it's shocking how fast things are turning around.

And yet at the same time, it's not because, you know, of all the things we've been talking about

on the podcast with regards to basically people wanting to go back to some

level of normalcy in it and really appreciate the fact that now in this economy with so much money

being essentially made available through the Fed and everything else, you're going to see,

and we're going to see rapid really, I think you want to call it appreciation or inflation that's going to be happening

across real estate, asset classes, the hype and the momentum that it does feel like is building

inside the economy is going to be like nothing we've ever experienced before. And now there is
