Summary

Warning: This is Tim and Julie's Sunday podcast. Not the usual format. When you listen to today's show expect unbridled, unhinged honest and open conversations about virtually any topic. Curious what will happen to the economy (and housing) for the next 6-12 months? Despite all the obvious headwinds there are many (perhaps hidden) reasons to believe that what we are about to experience can only be described as a renaissance. The Renaissance was a fervent period of European cultural, artistic, political and economic “rebirth” following the Middle Ages. Described as taking place from the 14th century to the 17th century, the Renaissance promoted the rediscovery of classical philosophy, literature and art. Some of the greatest thinkers, authors, statesmen, scientists and artists in human history thrived during this era, while global exploration opened up new lands and cultures to European commerce. The Renaissance is credited with bridging the gap between the Middle Ages and modern-day civilization. Does it feel like we may be emerging from a similar period to the 'dark ages' now? What comes next for our country, our economy, housing...and you is the focus of today's show.Schedule A Free Coaching CallListen on iTunesListen on SpotifyListen on Stitcher
