Hey everyone, no podcast today, because pipes burst in the house,

happened last night.

Really, really stressful. We had the pipe burst in our garage.

Right next to the outdoor spigot, we had the spigot completely insulated,

but it's gotten so damn cold here in Texas that it wasn't the spigot that burst.

It was the cap on the pipe right here.

It's hard to say, a little copper cap on the pipe, so had to rip out all that wall,

find someone with a torch, and some caps, and some solder, and we were able to get it fixed.

And then immediately after we got this fixed, my backyard spigot, same problem.

So that was in my laundry room.

So that exploded. Our whole laundry room is a war zone.

So no podcast today in climate weather is the official excuse.

But in complete fairness, I need to make sure this doesn't happen again,

because we're not out of the woods yet.

I have to clean up from yesterday's debacle.

And yeah, so we might go live with a podcast later in the night,

but if not, it'll be going tomorrow at the usual time.

And I'll have to talk about, this is pretty obvious that I've now,

as many people in Texas now, have become a victim in the war on coal,

because without a doubt, this is because of the war on coal.

This would not have happened if we still had coal-powered power plants.

If we still had fossil fuel power plants, we're able to heat our homes.
