yes the podcast is called Real Estate Coaching Radio but we actually go out of our way not to

talk about real estate and not talk about coaching for the most part of course, real estate always comes out one way or the other, but not in the

traditional sense like during the week. Yeah, it creeps back in occasionally just because we always

have real estate and coaching on the brain. But for the most part, we try to use Sunday as our

opportunity just to be kind of defragging from the previous week and then sort of putting our

minds back together for the following week. And generally speaking this year, there has been a lot

of need for a lot of defragging, I have to say. And the continuing saga. And it's election

week, so yeah. Yeah, no rest there either. So a couple of reminders for all of you, and I know

I'm reminding all of you this, but yet I'll forget it tomorrow you watch. So first couple of reminders for all of you, and I know I'm reminding all of you this,

but yet I'll forget it tomorrow. You watch. So first of all, there is a time change. Yes.

So be careful with that. Well, not for us in Puerto Rico, but for most people there is.

Like I said, it's very confusing. It'll be extremely confusing tomorrow. So let me get this right.

So we're East Coast time before the time change.

And then after the time change, where something, let me see if I get it right, don't correct me.

And after the time change, we're something called Atlantic Time Zone.

Atlantic Standard Time.

Okay. So normally we're three hours difference between East Coast and West Coast.

Yes.

But starting tomorrow, we will be four hours ahead of the West Coast.

Okay. So those of you have, I think that I'm going to be calling you on time tomorrow, just...
