Welcome to a brand new podcast here on the Cyclikewon-fanatic podcast network.

We're actually watching a new podcast series today and I'm excited to tell you about it.

It's one of the things that I became passionate about during the pandemic, you know, reading books doing, you know,

we had to read, redo everything we do here at Saikwan Phonetic Really and it's

leadership and it's forward thinking and positive thinking and all all that type of stuff and we have a great new partner

I call them a partner because that's exactly what the graphite construction group is. They're

formerly the Roshon Corporation. They're passionate about this topic as well.

So what I'm going to do is once a month I'm going to have a different guest come on and we're going to talk about all kinds of stuff.

It's not just exclusively on leadership, but that's one of the things that I'll focus on a lot of the people who I'll bring on are great leaders and how do they how do they grow in that sense and how do they develop great cultures with whatever they do.
