And this is always a heated, often overly discussed topic. Julie and I talked about this topic

probably once every six months or so. And we review this because this is one of our top questions

that we get from agents. A lot of new agents are always asking us, which, you know, how do I choose a broker? But we get most of our broker questions from people that are already in it.

And it always happens around tax time or around the end of the year or the start of the year,

those three times of the year, when people start really, agents start rising up to realize
