So one of the questions that we get constantly, and Julie, I'd appreciate it if you'd go

through, I know in just the past day or two, we've probably received 10 emails from agents

and asking about switching brokers or how to choose a broker.

So if you can just grab one of those emails, that'd be great.

Yeah.

So that's one of the top questions we get.

Obviously, this time of year we get a ton of people asking that questions, asking

that question.

You know, agents that are part-time looking to be full-time, agents that are not happy

with their situation with their brokerage.

And the fact is, guys, being a real estate broker is incredibly difficult.

Being a real estate broker in a market like this and a changing, you know,

with all these different things that are happening in the industry,
