out by apologizing to all of you because julia and i did not do a podcast live. We had other things going on and frankly just the time and the day got away from us.

So I do want to thank all of you the Sunday podcast where Julie and I are sort of irreverent,

kind of talking about whatever comes to mind, obviously trying to always string it back to real estate,

are beginning to essentially

Sunday over Sunday they're doubling the number of downloads and listens so I strongly

encourage you if you've not listened to the last Sunday's podcast make sure you

listen to it we talk about things that are I don't know mostly important to us we're not

really focused too much on being real estate coaches we're just sort of talking about life in general and life in Puerto Rico and essentially

our ascension to where we've been and where we want to go personally and professionally.
