Gary specializes in many areas of real estate, but focuses specifically on seller representation, buyer representation, property acquisition, and bank REOs.

Gary has been a leader in the industry selling over 2,000 properties in Southern California throughout his career.

He's weathered the storm of every decline in the real estate cycle

and capitalized on every high point as well. As a general contractor, Gary's main hobby is buying

properties and flipping them for profit or keeping them as rentals and increasing his monthly

cash flow. His goal is to have 30 rentals before he retires from the industry.

Outside of real estate, Gary loves traveling with his family and three dogs,

beach camping, and physical activities such as running, golfing, cycling, and spending as much
