Hi, friends, this is John. Welcome to the regenerative agriculture podcast. For the episode today, we're not, I'm not conducting an interview, but instead we're simply sharing the audio recording from a recent Ask Me Anything webinar that I did. I really enjoy these conversations that I have. There are often anywhere from 60 to 90 questions that show up in an hour, and I try to

0:22.7

get through them as well as I can. We have these Ask Me Anything sessions somewhat sporadically,

0:29.5

as time and opportunity permits. And I really, we get questions from all over the world,

0:35.8

mostly, of course, on agronomic challenges and how to resolve nutrition management issues, how to resolve disease and insect and pest management challenges with cultural management practices. So it's usually quite an informative conversation for many people. And I know that I learn a great deal because I'm constantly challenged by being

0:55.6

asked questions that I don't know the answers to, that I then need to take back and figure out.

1:01.4

And it seems that I always get asked questions from locations around the world where AEA products

1:07.3

are not available who want to know more about the magic of what's in our formulas,

1:11.9

but for some reason, it seems those questions just don't get answered.

1:16.6

If you would like to learn more about the Ask Me Anything sessions and participate in them in

1:21.9

the future, you have the opportunity to ask any kinds of questions.

1:25.8

Go to our website, advancing ecoag.com forward slash newsletter.

1:30.9

We'll also include the link in the show notes. And when you subscribe to the AEA newsletter,

1:36.8

you'll get an announcement for all of those Ask Me Anything sessions. We have another one coming up here in a week or so,

1:42.9

mid-July. And we have lots of fun on them.

1:46.6

So please join us. I'm sure you'll enjoy it. And with that, here's the recording from our most

1:51.7

recent Ask Me Anything a couple weeks ago. Thank you, everyone.

1:57.0

Hi, friends. Welcome to this Ask Me Anything session. I really enjoy these conversations because

2:04.2

I've learned from interviewing lots of people in the podcast and just from a lot of life

2:11.7

experience that one of the best skill sets or one of the most valuable skill sets, in my opinion, is not having the answers,

2:23.1

not even necessarily knowing where to find the answers, but being able to ask the right questions

2:30.2

and thinking about what is the question that we should be asking so one of the reasons

2:36.7

I really enjoy these conversations is because I always get asked questions that I don't know
