today's podcast julie and i have a real bunch of interesting news headlines. And obviously on today's show, like on every

show, we are focused on reading you and reviewing and sometimes commenting on the real estate

headlines or things that try to act like being real estate headlines. So Julie, I have to say

from my coaching calls and from the different Zooms I've done today, the word on the street is the inventory problem

is getting worse.

Yes, I would concur based on my premier coaching calls where I have, you know, hundreds and hundreds

of agents on, as well as our private calls with our elite coaching clients, inventory is the

word on the street or lack thereof.

All the questions are like that. And, you know, I have to say

that buyers that are probably getting hurt the most are VA, FHA, small down payment, something

funky about their employment. You know, they just don't present that strong. And it's not even just

compared to cash buyers. And there's tons of cash buyers out there right now. But it's also against

somebody that's just got a really kick-ass pre-approval letter. That's right. And something else,

I've received several emails from people saying, you know, essentially they can't restart or

they're having troubles restarting their business, right? I mean, it's this ridiculous delayed start

we've had this year. And I'm telling them the same thing. I'm going
