Welcome back, everyone. I've got a really special guest for all of you today. Al Stasik, and one of the things I like best about Al is he's from Julie and I's home state of Ohio. He sells and sold real estate up in Cleveland, Ohio. A lot of you are going to be familiar with him because he's probably one of the most successful agents in the country, and he has been for a long period of time.

I should have invited you a long time ago, because I know our guests are going to learn a ton from you. So can you give them a little bit of background on you, where you sell real estate,

I grew up in a suburb of Cleveland called Parma.

And a very blue-collar, working man's type of community, very diverse.

And my dad was a century 21 old school gold coat warrior with C-21.

So I grew up, my dad was, you know, he's a full-time dock worker,

and he'd sold real estate part-time just so that we had money to go on vacation.

So from a young age, I was following him

into his old school century 21 offices where, you know, back in the 80s, it's, and I don't

know what your listener base is ages on average, but I know you've been doing it long enough,

but back in the 80s, this, our industry was not what it is today.
