Summary

Hello and welcome to the new favorite podcast for men on Instagram who love protein and macronutrients!! Despite her lack of fuel, Rachael dramatically reads some of the comments we got from our new favorite listeners, the girls break down their different Black Friday personalities and why they think being robbed may low-key be doing them a favor, and Caitlin details the unhealthy relationship she has with her son (gaslighting, asking for compliments/feedback, him showing everyone how dirty her car is, etc!!!).  After discussing their respective love languages and dissecting the behaviors of trash TV husbands that accidentally are them, the girls end the episode by asking "....are our husbands okay???"  We love you all and thank you so much for listening!!!! Don't forget to rate and review and following along on the pod IG page for our holiday giveaways all week long! Because I cannot drink it more. Listen, ice cream and your coffee, you're killing three words with one stone. And here's what you're doing. You're getting your milk for the creamer. You're getting your sugar, soon enough to add in supper sugar. You're getting egg for protein. Wow. And you're cooling it down a little so you don't burn your tongue. Exactly. I mean, why doesn't everybody do this?
